US Army INSCOM Global Intelligence Support Services (Prime)
E&M Technologies is a Small Business (Restricted) Prime Contractor for the US Army Intelligence & Security Command (INSCOM) Global Intelligence Support Services contract. INSCOM GISS is a hybrid IDIQ contract that provides support services for Army intelligence missions such as intelligence analysis, surveillance & reconnaissance, counter-intelligence, security systems, business functions and quick reaction capabilities.

GSA IT Schedule 70 – Information Technology (Prime)
E&M is a small business contractor on the GSA IT Schedule 70 contract. IT Schedule 70 is and IDIQ multiple award schedule contract that provides federal, state, and local agencies a contract vehicle to procure a variety of Information Technology products and services. Approximately 80 percent of IT Schedule 70 contract holders are small businesses.

E&M Technologies supports several teams on the Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). CIO-SP3 is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The CIO-SP3 Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) program from the National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC) offers a large and diverse pool of small business innovators, cutting edge technology, streamlined acquisition and fast provisioning. The CIO-SP3 program is designed to support federal CIOs who want to obtain quick and flexible information technology support services and can be used by any federal civilian or Department of Defense (DoD) agency to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements and socioeconomic goals.

Seaport NxG (Prime)
E&M is a Prime contract holder on Seaport NxG.  “SeaPort NxG” is both the electronic module within the SeaPort Portal as well as the set of Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contracts (MACs) that is available for use in conducting competitive procurements among its vendor participants.

US Strategic Command J36 USAMS III
E&M Technologies is part of the S4 Inc team on the United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) Systems and Mission Support (USAMS III) contract. The USAMS III contract vehicle provides support to Headquarters USSTRATCOM at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, its subordinate and supporting agencies, component commands, and supported agencies worldwide. The five-year advisory and assistance services IDIQ contract has a ceiling of $800 million. E&M provides systems engineering, Intelligence, Country Area Analysis and Manpower Reporting support.

Department of the Navy, Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI)
E&M Technologies is a subcontractor on the Department of the Navy ONI mission support services contract. E&M provides intelligence analysis and mission support services to operations around the globe.

Department of Veterans Affairs T4 Next Generation
E&M Technologies is a subcontractor on the Department of Veterans Affairs Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Program Next Generation (T4NG) contract. T4NG provides total IT services solutions, including technical support, program management, services management, strategy planning, systems/software engineering, design and development, integration, implementation support, architecture development, studies and analysis, test and evaluation, modeling and simulation, data migration, training, enterprise network engineering, cyber security, operation and maintenance, IT facilities and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT and Health IT requirements.

DTIC Cyber Security Information Systems TAT (CS-TAT)
E&M Technologies is a part of the Harris team on the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Cyber Security and Information Systems Technical Area Tasks (CS TAT) contract. The CS TAT contract encompass emerging government requirements and rapid response capabilities, integrating the expertise of a diverse cadre of professionals positioned across various organizations, including representatives from government, industry and academia. TATs provide advanced level of research and analysis to the DoD Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) and Acquisition communities in the areas of Cybersecurity, Software Data and Analysis, Information Assurance, Modeling & Simulation, and Knowledge Management. E&M provides Research and Development, Cyber Security, Software Analysis, Information Assurance, Information Sharing/Knowledge Management and Training Support.

US Navy SPAWAR Biometric Support Services
E&M Technologies is a part of the Honeywell team supporting the US Navy Space and Naval Systems Warfare Command (SPAWAR) Biometric Support Services contract. BSS facilitates the design, development, procurement implementation, integration, installation, and deployment of biometric systems. This includes biometric solutions for: Automated Biometric Identification Systems (ABIS); Biometric access control for facilities, transients, and networks; Identity Management Systems; Identification and Verification Systems; Surveillance Systems; Identity Intelligence Exploitation Systems; and Biometric Collection Operations. E&M provides technology enhancements and research & development support.

PEO IEW&S Better Buying Support Services (B2S2)
E&M Technologies is part of the Exeter team that was awarded a contract to support the U.S. Army Program Executive Office (PEO) Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Sensors (IEW&S) PEO IEW&S B2S2 IDIQ contract. B2S2 is a multiple award, small business IDIQ contract with a ceiling value of $248 million that will provide technical, acquisition, program management, logistical, financial and business support services to PEO IEW&S. E&M will support a variety of requirements as part of the Exeter Team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. PEO IEW&S is the Army’s single focal point for research, development, acquisition, fielding, and life-cycle support of Sensor and Electronic Warfare capabilities enabling rapid situational understanding and decisive action.

E&M Technologies is a member of the Savantage team on the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems Program Management Support Services III contract. PMSS3 will provide program management support services to the 40+ program managers, project managers, and organizational elements across the PEO EIS spectrum. PEO EIS provides infostructure and information management systems enabling the Army to achieve victory through total information dominance. PEO EIS develops, acquires, and deploys tactical and non-tactical information technology systems and communications. E&M provides Program Management Support, Business Process Re-engineering, Information System Security, Contingency Planning, Physical Security and Training support.

E&M Technologies supports several teams under the PEO EIS Information Technology Enterprise Systems 3S contract. ITES-3S is a consolidated contract vehicle for solutions and services. It serves as a follow on to the original ITES-Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions contract with services including business process re-engineering, information systems security, information assurance, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.

E&M Technologies supports several teams on the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) contract. OASIS is designed to address agencies’ need for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level. OASIS SB is a family of 7 separate Government-wide Multiple Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (MA-IDIQ) task order contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and 6 NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

The Solutions for Intelligence Analysis 3 (SIA 3) is a multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that will include providing worldwide coverage and support. The contract includes a five-year base period and five one-year options. It has a potential value of more than $17bn over the ten-year contract period.  Work under the contract is expected to be completed by August 2029. The companies will have to perform work at multiple locations in the US and abroad.
