E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Mid OSINT Analyst to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA in support of INSCOM. INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis.
  • Manage research and coordination for long-term projects.
  • Utilize intelligence analysis tools and databases.
  • Review, analyze, and release classified and unclassified data in accordance with the National Disclosure Policy.
  • Move data between classified and unclassified computer systems.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulate key findings.
  • Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely test analytic rigor of analytic products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MA/MS Degree in related field and a minimum 6 years’ experience as an OSINT Analyst on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services, ORBA/BS degree in related field and minimum 8 years’ experience as an OSINT Analyst on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services, OR 12 years’ experience as an OSINT Analyst on US Army or DoD programs and projects that provided expert intelligence analysis services.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce reports for senior DoD decision makers.
  • Demonstrated experience with the application of quantitative and qualitative analytic methods.
  • Detailed knowledge of NGIC, Army, DIA, NSA, CIA, and/or interagency operations.
  • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.
  • Knowledge of and experience in planning and executing technical studies and reports for computer. systems and computer networks.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.

  • Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
