E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Corrective Action Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO in support of the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). NORAD is a United States and Canada bi-national organization charged with the missions of aerospace warning, aerospace control and maritime warning for North America. Aerospace warning includes the detection, validation, and warning of attack against North America whether by aircraft, missiles, or space vehicles, through mutual support arrangements with other command.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform follow-up actions to ensure that corrective actions have been effectively implemented; review audit related root cause and corrective action submittals.
  • Collect and document audit findings and observations, create substantive and meaningful audit reports, and report results to management.
  • Populate audit data base with internal audit results
  • Conduct and/or facilitates root cause analysis of process or product non-conformities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Four (4) plus years of appropriate and progressive experience; or any equivalent combination of relevant education/experience for total of six years
  • Prior quality assurance, auditing, and/or process compliance experience
  • Adept at coordination and integration of content from various Stakeholders
  • Strong ownership of assigned processes and artifacts from beginning to end
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Interpersonal skills to build partnerships
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in developing and implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions
  • Formal audit training / certification in AS9115, AS9100, or ISO9001
  • Must understand basic audit principles and practices, as well as basic assessment techniques of examining, questioning, evaluating, and reporting.
  • Experience in Agile Software Development
  • Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
