E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an AOC-Maintenance Instructor/Content Developer to join our team in Fort Liberty, NC in support of the United States Army Intelligence and Intelligence Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct coordination with the AOC/ IOC-M Course Manager and the All-Source Working Group members for all aspects of IOC-M course changes and updates; responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOC-M.
- Manage the hands on, day-to-day accountability of AOC/ IOC-M courses instruction and delivery.
- Create course content based on AOC-M Course Manager and Working Group inputs.
- Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Synchronize input from the AOC-M Course Manager and 353T/35T Working Group members.
- Work directly with the AOC-M Course Manager and the 353T/35T Working Group members to assess current and future course material.
- Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the IOC-M training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies and AAR reviews.
- Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the IOC-M.
- Coordinate and facilitate training and instruction in large and small group settings with units across the enterprise.
- Support exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments.
- Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 12 months.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a 353T, 35T.
- Army Military Intelligence experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Minimum 3 years tactical and 3 years operational experience as an intelligence professional spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons.
- Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications to include GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FMSWeb; architecture strategies and interoperability principles from tactical.to strategic level operations; and systems integration and maintenance tasks for MI systems, to include IS&A FoS, Prophet, and Trojan.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the required level.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- JHATC, JHMC, JIMC, JHOC, and/or DISMG Graduate.
- 18 years of Army Military Intelligence experience.
