E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Cyber Test Exploitation Staff to join our team in Charleston, SC in support of United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community.
- Prepare and perform CTTs for the government and provide detailed risk analysis reports of cybersecurity vulnerabilities found in the event.
- Significant customer interaction
- Leading a team of 3-6 people for each CTT
- Developing tailored attack vectors against the system
- Conducting large scale wargames with up to 100 participants
- Conducting detailed risk-based analysis of the findings
- Writing the findings report
- Briefing senior leadership in the US Navy and DoD.
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with fifteen (15) years or more of professional experience; or twelve (12) years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- Extensive knowledge and/or direct experience in:
- US Navy ashore and afloat systems
- Technical knowledge in areas such as Software Development, Systems Administration, and Networking
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
- Must have the ability to travel.
- Experience in DEVOPS and/or Agile Methodology
- Experience in Cyber Network Operations / Cyber Defense Operations
- Experience in DT&E and/or OT&E
- Experience in development, configuration, or administration of DoD weapons systems focused on surface and sub-surface systems
- Security+ ce or equivalent
- CEH or equivalent
- Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment framework such as SAFe.
- Experience working with or familiarization with JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
