E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Mid Data Steward to join our team in Fort Belvoir, VA in support of United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). INSCOM executes mission command of operational intelligence and security forces; conducts, synchronizes, and integrates worldwide multi-discipline and all-source intelligence and security operations; and delivers linguist support and intelligence related advanced skills training, acquisition support, logistics, communications, and other specialized capabilities in support of Army, Joint, and Coalition commands and the U.S. Intelligence Community. 

Job Responsibilities

• Assist aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.  
• Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.  
• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.  
• Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with ten (10) years of experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years, OR Associate’s Degree with twelve (12) years of experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years. 
• Four (4) years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery. 
• Four (4) years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. 
• Experience in foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or 
• Ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. 
• Ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts. 
• Ability to instruct and interact with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the labor category activities required to meet mission requirements. 
• Mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology. Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks. 
• In-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings. 
• Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight. 
• Ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products. 
• Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
• Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree and five (5) additional years of experience for a total of seventeen (17) years of experience. 
• Twelve (12) plus years of experience. 
• Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
