E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Beale AFB, CA in support of the United States Air Force. The U.S. Air Force’s Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) is composed of multiple regionally aligned, globally networked sites, each providing varying levels of capability and capacity to support the intelligence needs of the warfighter.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic solution development
- Technical solution development
- Proposal artifact review
- Proposal content writing, to include technical narratives, BOEs, etc.
- Risk and opportunity development and review
- Field Engineering Management support
- Staffing planning and assistance, to potentially include support to candidate interviews
- As available, and as coordinated and agreed to between employee and Raytheon, provide backfill/temp fill support consistent with employee’s skillset, abilities, and availability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field and twelve (12) plus years of experience in an engineering field or government contracting environment providing direct support to DoD contracts.
- Lead experience in proposal development and project management
- Experience leading/managing groups to include staffing, process management, training and employee performance management.
- Well experienced with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with Pricing & Estimating.
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally, to support short term backfill requirements on the program.
- Willing to work extended work hours to include nights and weekends
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level.
