E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a System Administrator – GEOINT to join our team in Aurora, CO in support of a Federal Customer.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise regarding geospatial capabilities, their planning, development, and deployment, to address outstanding requirements as outlined by organizational objectives. 
  • Provide consultation to solve geospatial problems and processes using advanced technical principles and understandings. 
  • Execute best courses of action to include research, analysis, development, and deployment to support expanded geospatial capability efforts. 
  • Support both local database-based and remote geospatial portal-based capability development. 
  • Use Python, SQL, and other programming languages to enable geospatial capabilities. 
  • Enable data streaming services to the greater intelligence community. 
  • Use modern data science approaches and methodologies to analyze complex problems and large datasets. 
  • Develop documentation on new or modified capabilities, provide training, and promote their use to the community of interest. 
  • Support the customer when technical issues arise pertaining to deployed geospatial capabilities.  
  • Coordinate with organizations of interest regarding deployment and testing of geospatial capabilities.  
  • Follow site and network-specific requirements for development, testing, and deployment of capabilities, to include following relevant change management procedures. 
  • Implement requirements following the local site change management procedures and using the ISO 14764 standard for categories of maintenance. 
  • Maintain the AGB-C CamoNet analytic environment and web service. 
  • Monitor the systems analysis requirements for continued integration of the existing CamoNet analytical environment into the ADF-C operational network and OPIR data sources and systems. 
  • Be the focal point for any effort to engineer any future relocation (physical, virtual, cloud, etc.) of CamoNet.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field with minimum 6 years’ experience. 
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in one or more of the following GEOINT modalities: Full Spectrun GEOINT (FSG), FMV (Full Motion Video), Forensic GMTI (Ground Moving Target Indicator), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and GEOINT Analysis. 
  • Active DoD 8570 IAT II certification (e.g., Security+ ce) 
  • Demonstrated experience developing with modern languages such as Python, Java, Javascript, etc. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL and database systems. 
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. 
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance at the required level. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly-collaborative team environment. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
