Basic Benefits Eligible employees automatically receive these benefits at no cost:
Term Life Insurance
Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance
$50,000 (coverage is 100% company paid)
Short-term disability (STD) insurance 60% of your before-tax weekly earnings (up to $2,000) for up to 13 weeks. (coverage is 100% company paid)
Vision coverage Coverage is 100% company paid for eligible employees.

Optional Benefits Eligible employees may enroll in these benefits if they choose:
Medical coverage (includes prescription drug and mental health benefits) Four health plan options with varying deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and premiums, two of which are considered high-deductible health plans
Dental coverage Two dental plans that offer in-network and out-of-network coverage for varying services from basic dental to orthodontia
Vision coverage Option to cover your dependents with in-network and out-of-network coverage for routine vision services
Health Savings Account Access to an employee-funded health savings account (limited to employees who are enrolled in a high-deductible health plan and satisfy other IRS requirements)

Immediate Participation Eligible employees are immediately eligible to enroll and contribute to E&M's 401(k) Program.
Your Contributions You can contribute a percentage of your eligible compensation as pre-tax contributions, Roth 401(k) contributions, traditional after-tax contributions, or any combination of the three, up to annual IRS limits.
Company Contributions E&M provides a company match, based on your years of service and your contribution to the Plan.

Rollovers You can roll over an existing account balance from another employer's qualified plan or individual retirement account (IRA) into the your E&M 401(k) Plan.
