Technical Task Order (TTO): Provide Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), Tools, and Software Development, Integration and Test (SDIT) services for the IT enterprise systems engineering lifecycle of 1st IO CMD Networks and Mission Information Systems (MIS), including those networks/MIS designated for 1st IO CMD operations, mission deployments, training exercises and system development computing environments (CE).  The work performed under this TTO enables the INSCOM/1st IO CMD the ability to deliver outstanding technical support and world-class technical delivery to several Brigade and Battalion-level Stakeholder Mission Networks, MIS, CEs, Mission Equipment and Engagement Platforms.

E&M 003 Electronic Warfare (EW) Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a training and education specialist in providing instruction and student mentorship in the 1st Information Operations Command’s Information Operations Integration Course – Electronic Warfare (IIC-EW).
  • Provides formal platform instruction to students regarding the planning and execution of Information Operations (IO), Cyberspace and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA), and Electronic Warfare (EW).  Instruction is conducted at home-station and via mobile training team (MTT).
  • Applies a variety of learning strategies and models for adult learners, including the Army Learning Model (ALM) and the Experiential Learning Model (ELM).
  • Assist with the curriculum development for the IIC-EW course using the ADDIE model for instructional design and training development.
  • Assist in the TRADOC accreditation process for the command’s Electronic Warfare training and other Information Operations education programs.
  • Assist with all aspects of the training, education, and program responsibilities to include metrics, resourcing, strategy, administrative and policy review.
  • Assist in developing policies and performance metrics for curriculum effectiveness, schoolhouse performance, and instructor professional development.
  • Develop and execute feedback mechanisms to solicit and analyze course feedback.
  • Maintain liaison with DOD, Army, and other agencies to keep abreast of CEMA and EW policy, doctrine, and TTP developments and trends.

E&M 001 IO Planner

IO Planners are expected to provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment of information operations (IO); creative use of information systems and information related capabilities (IRC); integration with inter-agency and intelligence community (IC); knowledge of and ability to develop innovative concepts to counter adversarial use of information in the Cyber and Electro-magnetic Spectrum (EMS); and significant or key cultural considerations that affect operational and tactical planning, security, accreditation, risk assessment(s). The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to review, analyze, and operationalize tactical and operational-level IO-related directives in support of maneuver elements. This position requires the willingness and ability to meet requirements for service in contingency areas subject to hostile fire.

IO subject matter experts (SME) will provide counsel, guidance, and aid in applying technical skills to operational and tactical planning/execution, identifying and tracking measures of performance (MOP) thru attainment of measures of effectiveness (MOE).
