April Persinger

Vice President of Corporate Operations

April Persinger is the Vice President of Corporate Operations for E&M Technologies, Inc. She is responsible for all aspects of the company’s Human Resources & Employee Engagement, Financial Accountability, Invoicing and Reporting, Contract Management, and Security Operations. She provides support to both the CEO and COO in projecting and executing accurate cost, profit, and rate structures.

April is a veteran of the U.S. Army where she served in Operation Desert Storm in 1991. After leaving the Army and obtaining her degree, she began her civilian career in Defense as a government civilian in Wurzburg, Germany for the 69th Signal Battalion in 1998. She was responsible for the implementation of the Defense Message System (DMS) for the 69th Signal Battalion footprint – over 2100 square miles. She was also responsible for the proliferation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) capabilities to all General Officers in the U.S. Army and was one of the first Army Registration Authorities for PKI. She has over twenty years of experience in IT, PKI, COMSEC/Security and Training.

April earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Toccoa Falls College in Georgia in 1996. In 2006, she also earned her Certificate in Finance at the University of Maryland and has enjoyed working in that field for the past 15 years.
