Brittinay Shaw is the Marketing & Communications Executive for E&M Technologies, Inc. Brittinay partners with executive leadership to align strategy and operations, leading corporate brand positioning while integrating marketing with recruiting to strengthen E&M’s cleared-talent pipeline. She is responsible for developing and implementing marketing techniques, deploying resources to priority growth areas, and focusing on culture initiatives. Under her guidance, E&M advances a “People First, Mission Always” culture that elevates customer outcomes and employee engagement across our core domains: Cybersecurity, Digital Modernization, Enterprise IT, Intelligence, Mission Support, and Multi-Domain Operations.
A U.S. Air Force veteran with eight years of service, Brittinay brings more than two decades of experience across government, defense, and organizational effectiveness. Before joining E&M, she founded Work Culture Consulting LLC and held roles in complex, mission-critical environments – including Program Integration Manager at DOE/MSTS (Nevada National Security Site), Program Planning Manager supporting NASA/Bigelow Aerospace, and propulson program roles for the F-35 at Pratt & Whitney. Her expertise spans program and executive communications, culture and engagement initiatives, strategic planning, and building systems that connect talent, capability, and customer needs. Brittinay holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona.
