Colleen Delawder is the Director of Enterprise Information Technology Services for E&M Technologies.  She is responsible for the Enterprise Information Technology Services (EITS) programs’ profit and loss, program management, future growth, and staffing.  Her sector responsibilities include architecture, OM&S, network operations, and program protection.

Colleen is a retired Air Force Cyber Officer with over twenty years of experience in information technology systems, cybersecurity, driving innovative architecture solutions, and technology project implementation.  She worked to ensure Department of Defense (DOD) terrestrial, air, and space systems were maintained and secure, while also researching and implementing advancements in technology to enhance performance, service, and security.

As an Ohio native, Colleen earned her Bachelors of Science in Computer Studies and her Masters of Science in IT Management – Information Systems and Services, both from the University of Maryland University College.
