Erin Schultz is the Director of Operations and Security. She is responsible for the day-to-day care of E&M’s personnel, clients, and security protocols. She leverages her experience to provide strategic human resources initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture for E&M personnel and clients. Erin is highly skilled in employee relationships and is dedicated to enhancing employee and customer satisfaction and organizational effectiveness. She provides expertise in developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with company values and goals.

Eris is also E&M’s Facility Security Officer. She supports our contracts and works directly with DoD agencies and teaming partners with personnel and facility security processes and procedures. She is committed to maintaining the highest standards in human resources and security practices. Erin is a dynamic and results-driven leader committed to optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for all E&M personnel and clients.

Born in Kansas and raised in an Army family, Erin received a BA from Stevenson University, a CHRMA professional and has a passion for taking care of people.
