In 2005, following a career in Civilian Service and GDIT, Jean Schultz established E&M to serve the Department of Defense and federal agencies providing responsive, efficient and experience program management, engineering and intelligence experts to mission critical programs and operations.  Jean is a visionary that provides the company’s strategic direction for both client and employee satisfaction. With a focus on professionalism, integrity, loyalty, honestly and accountability through shear hard work, Jean‘s vision is to provide imaginative and innovative solutions leveraging leading edge technologies, to raise the quality of life, to create efficiencies and advance the mission objectives for our customers. Jean is a visionary that provides the company’s strategic direction for both client and employee satisfaction.  She is guiding E&M through a period of phenomenal growth and creating a diverse, entrepreneurial working environment that fosters innovation and value-based results for our customers.

She has over twenty-seven years progressive management and technical experience in government and industry in the information technology and cybersecurity arena. Today, she is a leading expert in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), biometrics and cybersecurity, and she is pivotal in providing innovative solutions for identity management and biometrics collections and insider threat. As well as President/CEO of E&M, Jean provides her expertise and knowledge to the several national cybersecurity forums and alliances.

As a Texas native, Jean has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Programming and Mathematics from the University of Missouri, a Masters in Information Security, and a Ph.D in Cyber Security.
