Jeffrey Clyons is the Vice President of Program Management for E&M Technologies, Inc. Jeff oversees the activity of all E&M programs including profit and loss responsibility, recruiting, transition, operations, and deliverables. He is responsible for managing, training, and developing our Program Leaders ensuring that they possess all the tools/skills to provide exemplary support to our clients. Jeff is the action officer for E&M’s recruiting and retention plan developed by our COO. Under his leadership, E&M recruits, mentors, guides, trains, and enables leaders at all levels ensuring excellence in delivery on all our engagements.

Jeff is a retired Military Professional with concentration areas of Special Operations Forces, Combat Arms, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance. He has over thirty years’ experience supporting the Department of Defense and the National Intelligence Community. Jeff’s operational experience in over ten hostile fire zones, as well as his expertise in multiple MACOMs, ensures that our firm can provide relevant, timely, and accurate support to our government and commercial clients.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Regents College, Albany, NY and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute, Chinese Mandarin Program. He is also fluent in Italian, an Agile Certified Professional, a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, and a recipient of the Thomas Knowlton Award.
