Michael Bradley is the Vice President of Business Development for E&M Technologies, Inc. He is responsible for identifying, developing, and pursuing business opportunities to achieve the company’s strategic growth goals. In addition to growing the opportunity pipeline, Mike oversees all proposal and capture activities to ensure customer requirements are aligned with corporate capabilities.

A retired Army Colonel, Mike was privileged to lead organizations from the platoon through Brigade levels. He has over 35 years of leadership and program management experience in Command & Control Systems, Strategic and Tactical Communications, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Join and Multi-National Operations, and Strategic Planning. Mike joined E&M in 2015 and was previously at Lockheed Martin where he was a Senior Business Development Manager and subject matter expert for their Advanced Programs group in the development of innovative technologies for Warfighters.

Mike hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is an avid ice hockey player and fan. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has advanced degrees in National Security Studies and Computer Information Systems.
