As we close out 2025, which happens to be our 20th Anniversary, I wanted to share a brief Year-End update from E&M Technologies – where we’ve grown, what we’ve strengthened, and where we’re headed in 2026.
E&M has always been built for mission outcomes – cleared people, disciplined delivery, and integrity under pressure. We don’t chase noise, we earn trust through performance. And in a year where many organizations faced uncertainty, our team continued to consistently execute and expand.
What’s new at E&M
Over the past year, we’ve grown our impact across defense and national security mission partners – earning new work, expanding our footprint, and strengthening delivery across the mission sets where failure isn’t an option. Our footprint has expanded in DoW, DIA, USSOCOM, USSTRATCOM, USAINSCOM, INDOPACOM and USARPAC. We’ve also continued to invest in the foundations that make us scalable: recruiting, program execution, and delivery consistency across enterprise IT, cybersecurity, intelligence, mission support, and digital modernization.
Where We’re Leaning in 2026
We’re building with intention around the mission needs we see accelerating:
- Intelligence mission support and analytic enablement
- Multi-Domain Operations and integrated mission execution
- AI enablement and data-driven modernization to improve speed and decision advantage
- Enterprise IT and continued expansion within the mission communities where we’re already delivering value while thoughtfully extending into adjacent areas
